What is LEXI-IT?

We are specialiced in managing IT and SW projects with innovative companies from Germany. To enhance our activites we are building up a pool of IT freelancer from Serbia. We do have experience since many years in cooperation with experts all over the world. We act as managing partner for successful cooperation.

We still do have connections to experts, recruiters and managers in Serbia, Belgrade and Novi Sad.

What is our mission and vision?

We believe in the power of professional virtual teams to realize innovative products and services. Enhancement through remote work helps partners to get the right expert, with the right skills, in due time. Due to long-term cooperation with balkan experts we focus on Serbia for great partnership to german companies.

What are the main challenges today?

For German companies there is a strong need in skill IT experts. But theres lack of experts in Germany as well. We help these companies to manage the virtual teams: mostly, the core development team is located in Germany and working together with remote experts from Serbia. This concepts often not well established in small and medium size enterprises but gives us a great chance for future win-win situation.
